Dance & Tone Routines & Workouts

Welcome to our Instructor Dance and Tone Section as part of the Burlesque & Dance Brand. The place where we give you permission to teach our routines & content as they are OR tweak them to suit your audience. What you DON'T have permission to do is re-distribute these workouts or content to other instructors, they are for YOUR use only. If you are a Dance school / fitness centre we can create you a group license. Please get in touch to set that up directly. As part of our Dance and tone classes we create themes, then we create individual workout dance & tone sessions to match that theme. Each class is a new dance, so if people miss a week they aren't playing catch up. What's included: The Dance / workout Routines Toning sessions for you to mix and match All split up into nice themes Details of the song name and who sings it. Music track is NOT provided you will need to access them yourself. Warm ups & Cool Down stretches are NOT provided, you need to provide those yourself. Some of the routines may also include the teaching tutorials if they are more complex but generally these WONT be provided as you are all competent & capable instructors. Disclaimer - We are not responsible for checking that anyone who teaches our content is qualified & insured to teach out work, that responsibility lies solely with the instructor. You should hold a Dance and / or other fitness qualification to teach these classes. It is each instructors responsibility to ensure they deliver their classes safely and appropriately according to their customer base and then all teaching points are offered, alternatives are offered if needed and that a safe, effective but fun class is delivered. We can not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur to you or your customers as a result of neglectful or inadequate teaching your end.
